Our accredited service is carried out in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority’s recommendations where traceable measuring equipment with calibration certificates is used. Our technical service is based in Stockholm and Gothenburg, where factory-trained service engineers take care of emergency and contract service.
We offer different levels of technical service, ranging from warranty service to preventive maintenance service and emergency service. Preventive maintenance service secures operation and increases the life of the product.
We do service on most existing brands on the Swedish market – not just our own. All calibrations are performed using validated calibration methods to ensure our service technicians have the correct skills and to minimize the measurement uncertainty of the calibrations.
We offer accredited temperature calibration -80C to +70C in refrigerators, freezers and incubators, as well as frequency/speed 500-16,000 RPM in centrifuges. As the only company, we also offer temperature calibration in centrifuges +4C to +25C.
