Wido Lab AB and Hett Tech AB are joint companies that offer a broad product portfolio, comprehensive advice, and service for laboratories in the Nordic region. Together, we have the experience and competence to be able to offer the right product and service with quick feedback and flexibility. Our expertise is within accredited calibration, automation, biobanking, hemostatics, laboratory furniture, microbiology, reference materials, protective ventilation, and transfusion medicine. We can also offer many other products for your lab.
Our accredited service is carried out in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority’s recommendations where traceable measuring equipment with calibration certificates is used. Our technical service is based in Stockholm and Gothenburg, where factory-trained service engineers take care of emergency and contract service.
We offer different levels of technical service, ranging from warranty service to preventive maintenance service and emergency service. Preventive maintenance service secures operation and increases the life of the product. We do service on most existing brands on the Swedish market – not just our own. All calibrations are performed using validated calibration methods to ensure our service technicians have the correct skills and to minimize the measurement uncertainty of the calibrations.
We offer accredited temperature calibration -80C to +70C in refrigerators, freezers and incubators, as well as frequency/speed 500-16,000 RPM in centrifuges. As the only company, we also offer temperature calibration in centrifuges +4C to +25C.
