We at Wido Lab protect your privacy and strive for you to feel safe when you provide us with your personal data. We process your data in accordance with the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as our internal guidelines and policies.
When and why do we process your personal data?
We collect customer and supplier information such as name, phone number and email address to fulfil our contractual obligations.
How long do we store your personal data?
We retain your personal data as long as the contractual relationship exists. When the agreement has ended, we save personal data for 7 years after the financial year in which the agreement was terminated, according to legal requirements in the Accounting Act. We also save information in order to be able to inform you about new products and services that may be of interest.
Responsible for processing personal data
Wido Lab is responsible for the processing of the personal data. If you discover incorrect or misleading information, it is our responsibility to correct this and, in such cases, please contact us and request a change
Disclosure of personal data
In the case of orders and inquiries, we may need to share information from the customer register with external parties, such as persons or companies outside Wido Lab, in order to handle the inquiry or fulfill the order. Third parties do not have the right to use your personal data for purposes other than those covered by our instructions, and they are obliged to take measures to protect your personal data. Furthermore, we may be obliged to disclose personal data in accordance with law, regulation or authority decision.
