Benchtop Autoclave Range
Astell’s front loading benchtop autoclaves are available in three sizes and require no plumbing and only a standard single phase power supply. The Classic version requires manual water-fill and during the cycle condensate leaves the vessel via a silicone tube that can be connected to a heat-resistant bottle. The Autofill version has an integral reservoir and an in-built water re-circulation system. Once the reservoir is filled, this provides water for up to 15 cycles, and also acts a collection vessel for condensate and the water that is automatically returned from the chamber at the end of each cycle, minimizing water usage.
Top Loading Autoclaves
Top loading autoclaves from Astell comes in different sizes.
The 63 litres compact top loading autoclave from Astell require no plumbing and only a standard single phase power supply. The Classic version requires manual water-fill and during the cycle condensate leaves the vessel via a silicone tube that can be connected to a heat-resistant bottle. The Autofill version has an integral reservoir and an in-built water re-circulation system. The 95 – 135 litre toploading autoclave range offers increased chamber sizes compared to the ‘Compact’ units, as well as featuring advanced options not available on smaller sized autoclaves, including Heated Jackets, Integral Steam Generators, Simple/Advanced Vacuum and Cooling options.
These options enable a top loading sterilizer to be tailored to your needs by speeding up cooling, dealing with liquids, porous-type loads and allowing a wider range of items to be efficiently processed.
Front Loading Autoclaves
The 120 – 344 litre front loading autoclave offers five chamber sizes. The ‘Swiftlock’ front loading range of autoclaves allows the user a greater choice of optionssuch as Integral Steam Generators, Heated Jackets, Simple/Advanced Vacuum and different Cooling options.
Sliding Door Circular Chamber Autoclave
The 120 – 344 litre sliding front circular chamber autoclave is available in five chamber sizes. Loading access is through a sliding door meaning the unit requires less operational floor space than a hinged door unit. The door can be specified with manual operation, or automatic when combined with the air compressor option or an external air supply.
Square ECO Autoclaves
The SQUARE ECO Range is the perfect research grade square-chambered autoclave. These units can sterilize almost all autoclavable material used in the laboratory – from instruments and glassware, to discard and liquids.The ECO range is designed to be water efficient, with Autofill and Autodrain options fitted as standard, and low in power consumption by utilising 16kW heaters in chamber.
Larger Autoclave models / Pass Through models
Astell also offers larger autoclaves in various models up to 1400 L with a single door and as a pass-through autoclave.
